Conference Accommodation

We are one of a small handful of Sunshine Coast conference venues with accommodation on the Sunshine Coast, and one of even fewer that offer a range of big group accommodation options to suit different needs and budgets.

You can choose from four accommodation areas each featuring air-conditioned rooms, double beds or bunk beds. Many also have an ensuite and some also include accessible facilities. A variety of building types and room layouts are available to suit various larger group sizes and preferred configurations.

Our conference accommodation is ideal for not only businesses, but also non-for-profit and community groups who are seeking cost-effective modern solutions.

Conference Rooms and Facilities

Our ten versatile conference auditoriums and meeting spaces include modern audiovisual equipment and complimentary Wi-Fi. The conference rooms are designed to accommodate various group sizes – from intimate smaller meetings, through to larger Sunshine Coast conferences of 750 attendees.

These rooms can be configured however you like and each is fully air conditioned and adjacent to outdoor activity spaces.

Conference Catering

Our professional catering team provide meals throughout the day from breakfast through to dinner, catering to all dietary requirements and the majority of meal preferences.

With five large dining rooms that can be linked together to seat your entire group, our in-house chefs can ensure a seamless catered conference experience for all participants. Outdoor marquee dining area options are also available for groups requiring even more space.
